Lubang Api atau Pintu Neraka Uzbekistan

Ada Lubang Api Uzbekistan - Lubang Api atau Pintu Neraka adalah salah satu fenomena alam yang sangat langka yang terjadi di Asia Timur tepatnya di Uzbekistan. Awal mula terjadinya lubang Api di Uzbekistan, yaitu sekitar 35 tahun silam ketika seorang ahli geologis menggali tempat tersebut untuk mencari sumber gas.

Ketika tiba proses masa penggalian sumber gas, maka saat ditemukanlah sebuah jurang besar didalam tanah dan tentu membuat semua peralatan penggalian sumber gas juga turut serta masuk kedalam jurang besar tersebut.

Karena didalam jurang dipenuhi oleh gas bumi, maka untuk menghindari bahaya yang mungkin akan ditumbulkan gas itu, sehingga dibakarlah jurang tersebut dan semenjak saat itu sampai sekarang didalam jurang itu terus berkobar api tanpa henti.

Karena api yang ada didalam jurang tidak pernah padam, sehingga disebutlah nama jurang itu menjadi lubang api atau pintu neraka dan didalam Bahasa Inggris disebut juga dengan istilah The Door to Hell. Konon menurut sumber yang beredar di internet, bahwa sampai saat ini lubang api tersebut masih terus menyala tanpa henti.

SINGAPORE: Singapore's paddler Feng Tianwei won the SEA Games women's singles gold medal in Laos on Tuesday. The world number six, who is making her debut at the Games, beat team-mate Wang Yuegu 4-1 in the best of seven games. Wang lost the first three games but she made a comeback to win the fourth game. However it was too little too late as Feng wrapped up the match, winning 11-6, 12-10, 11-9, 10-12 and 11-6. Feng picked up the gold, her second after winning the women's team event earlier in the Games, while Wang settled for the silver. The 25th Southeast Asian Games is currently being held in Vientiane, Laos, in December 2009.

This will be the first time Laos has ever held a Southeast Asian Games (Laos had previously declined hosting the 1965 Southeast Asian Peninsular Games citing financial difficulties). It will also commemorate the 50 years of the SEA Games .

Prior to the opening ceremony on the 9th of December,the men's football events began on the 2nd of December . The Women's football events began on the 4th of December , Water Polo events on the 5th together with both the Pencak Silat and the Table tennis events beggining on the 8th of December .

The first medal of the games were awarded to Singapore ,when their Water Polo team won their 23rd consecutive water polo gold medal at the SEA Games during the round robin tournament round [1] together with the Phillipines taking the silver medal and Indonesia taking the bronze.
